As a
** Senior Business Analyst**, you will independently manage end-to-end business analysis work streams, tackling complex business problems with emerging ambiguity. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the business domain, related technologies, and their interdependencies, applying advanced tools and techniques to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives, handling process interdependencies, and significantly contributing to the design and validation of effective solutions.

You will also mentor junior analysts and actively shape team processes, methodologies, and best practices within the broader Community of Practice.

** Within the Pharma Organisation Medical Affairs serves as the bridge between clinical development and the commercialization of medicines. The domain is increasingly focused on External Stakeholder Engagement, aiming to derive deep insights into unmet medical needs, treatment barriers, and patient perceptions of data. By synthesizing these insights, Medical Affairs shapes the organization’s overall strategic direction. As an IT Business Analyst in this space, you will
** support the digital transformation of how scientific evidence is generated**, managed, and communicated to the global medical community.
* ** Scope/(Content Leadership)**:
Independently manages end-to-end business analysis work streams, tackling problems with emerging ambiguity. Proficiently adapts a range of standard frameworks, mentors junior and intermediate BAs, and proactively shapes team ways of working and best practices.

** Leads the analysis of business problems, performs thorough domain research, and drives root cause analysis. Accountable for delivering comprehensive requirements, contributing significantly to solution selection, and proactively identifying needs-solution discrepancies to propose creative improvements.

** Identifies a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders and builds reliance through deep business understanding to act as a trusted advisor. Facilitates workshops, resolves conflicts, and proactively shapes stakeholder perspectives to strategically manage expectations and align them with project goals.
