Job Description

A multinational FMCG organization is strengthening its PMO capability within an SAP S/4

HANA environment and is seeking a PMO professional to support the aftercare (post‐go‐live) phase. This position sits in IT but works closely with the business to ensure clarity, structure and alignment across stakeholders during stabilization and optimization.

Key responsibilities
* Support S/4

HANA aftercare activities by tracking and driving closure of open topics and actions
* Assess and enhance PMO governance, processes and ways of working to improve efficiency and control
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and timely resolution
* Implement and maintain structured issue, risk and dependency tracking, prioritization and reporting
* Provide transparent visibility of risks, dependencies and timelines to stakeholders
* Drive alignment on priorities, ownership and delivery expectations across program streams

Core qualifications
* Proven experience in PMO improvement, governance or transformation roles
* Significant exposure to SAP S/4

HANA or other large-scale ERP programs
* Experience in aftercare/hypercare or post‐go‐live stabilization environments
* Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of business and IT
* Experience supporting multi‐stream programs or complex delivery portfolios
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
* Structured, analytical and process‐driven mindset Desirable
* Experience in FMCG or other large international organizations
* Prior involvement in ERP transformation programs
* Familiarity with PMO frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile PMO)
