We're looking for a mobile telecom (Core, Radio) technology savvy Regional Team Lead to guide a talented team of telecom system engineers and project managers in delivering outstanding customer outcomes across Europe.
About the RoleAs Regional Team Lead, you will lead and empower a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experience across your allocated region. Your mission: ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial efficiency while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
What You’ll Do Leadership & People Development- Inspire, coach, and build a motivated team of delivery and support professionals.
- Communicate effectively on projects, priorities, and customer needs.
- Forecast resources, plan manpower, and manage team administration.
- Drive performance management: goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and career progression initiatives.
- Govern regional delivery and support operations with data-driven decisions.
- Prioritize resources to meet project timelines and SLA commitments.
- Oversee accurate time reporting and expense approvals.
- Act as the operational interface for regional sales and financial matters.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for regional customers.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction within revenue and cost targets.
- Implement structured service reviews and action plans for CSAT/NPS improvement.
- Support projects and services aligned with your core competencies (e.g., project management, configuration, support).
- Experience:
8+ years in telecom software/services, with 2+ years leading regional delivery/support teams. - Domain Expertise:
Strong telecom or IT engineering background; OSS domains (service assurance, fault/performance management, inventory, provisioning). - Leadership:
Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams; workforce planning and performance management. - Customer Engagement:
Skilled in escalation management and improving CSAT/NPS. - Tools & Processes:
Familiarity with PSA/ERP tools (Net Suite/Open Air, SAP), ITIL practices, and project management tools. - Communication:
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
- Certifications:
PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, TM Forum. - Exposure to cloud-native OSS, public cloud platforms, and observability tools.
- Regional experience in Nordics/EMEA; multilingual skills are a plus.
