** Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
*** Build predictive models and analytical solutions that support commercial growth and business performance.
* Translate business challenges into data-driven approaches and actionable recommendations.
* Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes.
* Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with Business Intelligence colleagues to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and impactful.
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical workflows.
* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methods, tools, and best practices.
* Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through data.
** To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
*** Hold a degree within Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Have experience working with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
* Have solid skills in Python and SQL.
* Have experience working with modern analytics and cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks.
* Understand machine learning concepts, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
* Are comfortable translating complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
* Have experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
* Bring a commercial mindset and understand how data can create business value, improve customer experiences, and support growth.
* Are inquisitive, highly motivated, and focused on addressing complex challenges with data.
