Location: Town of Poland

Lead the development of enterprise Analytics & Reporting solutions aligned with target‑state architecture and Key Design Decisions.
Implement semantic models, KPIs, dimensions, business definitions, and reusable analytical assets across the organization.
Reporting & Self‑Service Analytics
- Build dashboards, reports, and self‑service analytics solutions that support business adoption and decision‑making.
Development Standards & Quality
- Define development standards, conduct code reviews, enforce Definition of Done, and ensure delivery quality and testing practices.
Data Products & Technical Governance
- Drive Data Product reuse, maintain analytical consistency, and support governance of shared reporting assets.
Identify technical risks, resolve cross‑stream dependencies, and guide solution implementation from design through delivery.
Technical Leadership & Team Growth
- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and continuously strengthen the team’s engineering capabilities.
SAFe Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead delivery within the ART, support PI Planning, coordinate dependencies, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Leadership & Delivery Experience
- 6+ years in data or analytics development, including 2+ years leading teams and managing end‑to‑end delivery across multiple work streams.
Analytics & Reporting Expertise
- Strong experience delivering enterprise Analytics & Reporting solutions within BI environments and complex organizations.
Data Modeling & Semantic Layer Design
- Hands‑on experience designing analytical data models, semantic layers, KPIs, dimensions, and business definitions.
Visualization & Performance Optimization
- Experience building dashboards, self‑service analytics solutions, and optimizing analytical models and query performance.
Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4

HANA as part of enterprise analytics ecosystems.
Experience designing Data Products, analytical pipelines, Data Governance frameworks, and Data Quality processes.
Master Data & Analytical Consistency
- Understanding of Master Data, Reference Data, and the principles required to maintain consistent enterprise reporting.
Stakeholder Management & Agile Delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills combined with hands‑on experience in Agile/SAFe environments using Jira and Confluence.
