Release and Adoption team ensures smooth, secure, and efficient delivery of platform releases across the organization. We work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Delivery, leading modernization and adoption of cloud‑native solutions. Our mission is to standardize platform components, streamline release processes, and enable faster innovation through Azure‑based environments.

As an Azure Specialist in Platform Release Management, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining Azure tenant standards, managing versioning strategies, and ensuring compliance with enterprise governance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver platform releases that meet security, performance, and adoption goals.

• Be part of a strategic team shaping enterprise‑wide Azure adoption.
• Work in a collaborative environment with exposure to product and engineering leadership.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives and drive innovation.

• Define and maintain Azure tenant configuration standards across environments.
• Coordinate release planning and execution with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Manage exception handling and governance for non‑standard platform requests.
• Drive standardization of Azure assets and versioning strategies.
• Conduct platform state and gap analysis for internal and client environments.
• Support Pre‑Sales and adoption programs with early access to new capabilities.
• Develop documentation and training materials for platform release processes.

• Demonstrated experience in Azure platform management, including tenant configuration and governance.
• Solid understanding of release management processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, SDL methodology).
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
