We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform Architect with strong hands‑on expertise across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI technologies
. The ideal candidate will design, architect, and implement intelligent automation solutions, AI‑powered copilots, and enterprise‑grade integrations leveraging modern LLM technologies, prompt engineering, and cloud‑native services.
This role requires a blend of Power Platform architecture, AI solution design, enterprise integrations, and Microsoft ecosystem expertise

- Design, build, and maintain AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop conversational experiences utilizing topics, generative answers, actions, and entity extraction.
- Extend copilots through Power Automate, custom connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate copilots with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and external systems.
- Implement scalable and secure AI‑powered business solutions.
- Architect and develop Power Platform solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design and implement:
- Desktop Flows
- Business Process Flows
- Build and maintain:
- Design Dataverse data models, relationships, business rules, and calculated fields.
- Establish Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.
- Manage solution packaging, deployments, governance, and environment strategies.
- Design and implement integrations using:
- REST APIs
- Microsoft Graph API
- Dataverse
- Custom Connectors
- Third‑Party Platforms (SAP, Service Now, Salesforce, etc.)
- Implement error handling, resiliency, monitoring, and throttling management.
- Design and optimize prompts for enterprise AI copilots.
- Develop system prompts, few‑shot examples, and instruction frameworks.
- Apply grounding techniques using enterprise data sources.
- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Work with hybrid and vector search patterns to improve AI response quality.
- Access and automate:

- Develop Graph‑powered automations within Power Automate and Copilot solutions.
