Azure DevOps Engineer; Azure | Kafka | Terraform

We are looking for an experienced Azure Dev Ops Engineer who wants to work on modern cloud-native platforms and large-scale distributed systems in an international environment.

You will be responsible for designing
, automating
, and operating cloud infrastructure and deployment processes, working closely with developers, architects, and platform teams to ensure reliable and scalable delivery.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions to support automated and efficient delivery processes.
• Manage, optimize, and secure Azure cloud environments
  , ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Apache Kafka clusters within distributed system landscapes.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for scalable and repeatable environments.
• Support development teams in integrating Java-based applications into automated deployment workflows.
• Drive automation of operational processes and continuously improve deployment efficiency across the platform.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices
  , and internal governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment and participate in incident management and on-call support
  .

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops
  , Cloud Engineering
  , or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and core cloud services (
  AKS
  , networking, storage, identity).
• Experience with Git Hub and CI/CD pipelines, especially Git Hub Actions
  .
• Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  .
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Kafka including configuration
  , monitoring
  , and troubleshooting
  .
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Good understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish

• Experience with Apache Flink and stream processing technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and advanced KQL
  .
• Experience with Redis
  , Azure Sentinel
  , or SIEM solutions.
• Familiarity with NIST-800 or similar security frameworks.
• Experience with observability tools such as Open Telemetry
  , Prometheus
  , Grafana
  , or Azure Monitor
  .
