We are looking for a Jr. Business Operations Specialist to join the EMEA Business Operations team. In this role, you will support customer master data processes, ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and resolution of ticket-based queries within internal systems (SFDC). You will collaborate with Customer Success, Commercial, Marketing, and IT teams, contributing to data quality, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

This role also includes basic data analysis and participation in small improvement initiatives supporting EMEA operations.

• Process and resolve customer master data, promotions, and event-related tickets in SFDC within defined SLAs
• Support EMEA Customer Success & Commercial teams by handling basic Invisalign-related inquiries
• Ensure data accuracy by validating, compiling, and preparing source data for system entry
• Perform basic data analysis and support initial root cause identification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CS, Marketing, IT) on customer master data and operational topics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and small projects
• Report system or process issues to relevant teams

• Education: High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: ~1 year of relevant experience or equivalent
• Languages: Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Skills:
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic data analysis understanding
• MS Office proficiency (Excel basic level)
• Salesforce, Jira, or SAP experience is a plus
