Join our client’s international technical team and support the operational services of a space ground segment environment. The company is a long‑standing partner of European space institutions, delivering solutions that ensure service continuity, monitoring, and quality for critical space operations.

• Configuration Management: Maintain and update service baselines, infrastructure, and documentation; track configuration items after changes and support audits for consistency; identify deviations from standards and report anomalies.
• Incident & Problem Management: Log, classify, and track incidents; ensure timely resolution within SLAs; communicate status and escalates critical issues; assist in root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements; maintain knowledge base and known error records.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare operational reports on incidents, SLA performance, problems, and trends; keep service documentation accurate and support reporting across teams.

• 2–3 years in operational IT or IT service management roles.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration).
• Experience with service management/ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and clear communication.
• Technical background in IT, engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Fluent English (B2), Italian a plus.
• Experience in the space domain is an advantage.

Relocation to Prague is mandatory for candidates living far from the area.
