- Assisting in creating, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Collaborating with sales teams and supporting pre‑sales discussions with clients
- Helping in improving our project management standards and templates
- Proactively suggesting changes in project scope and identifying potential escalations
- Ensuring open, transparent communication amongst project teams, the department, and the business
