Role Overview
Join the Group Digital and Capabilities Division as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager, working with an international team to deliver profitable products & services. The role involves training and coaching a Squad to adopt Scrum framework and Agile practices, and ensuring the Squad's adherence to IT Controls.
What You Will DoFacilitate team dynamics and ceremonies, ensure the Squad solves problems and follows up on actions, remove impediments, and coach the Squad to be self-organizing and cross-functional.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate has 3+ years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience, good knowledge of Agile delivery methods, and strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to different project partners.
Requirements- 3+ years of proven Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
- Good knowledge of agile delivery methods and the waterfall approach
- Ability to adapt to a 'meet half-way approach'
- Experience leading teams with end-to-end delivery of several projects in parallel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt style according to context and project partners
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge to coach and facilitate the team at different levels and events
- Planning and problem-solving skills with product management and delivery teams
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization
