Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation solutions. This role ensures efficient handling of test automation administration, data analysis, and technical support, contributing to effective software solutions and organizational growth.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and test automation administration.
- Provide excellent customer service to users regarding test automation inquiries.
- Document and maintain accurate records of test automation transactions.
- Support the full life cycle of test automation operations, including process improvements and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve test automation processes and user satisfaction.
Education: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred:
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Required: 1-3 years of experience in test automation engineering or a related role. Preferred:
Experience with test automation administration and data analysis.
Skills: Agile Methodology, Quality Assurance (QA), Software Development, Software Testing, Test Automation.
Certifications: Required:
None. Preferred:
Test Automation certification (e.g., ISTQB).
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
Compensation: Salary range for this role is 15,000zl to 20,000zl per month or 180,000zl to 240,000zl annually, with potential annual discretionary bonus. The final salary will be based on location, skills, and performance.
