- Design and implement cutting-edge Service Now solutions that drive business excellence and empower our clients to work smarter, faster, and better.
- Push the boundaries of what’s possible with Service Now, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results.
- Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.
- Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with Service Now, other partners, and our clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable Service Now architectures.
- Architect and design products and solutions using the Service Now modules and build EPAM IP.
- Set the standard for Service Now development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step.
- Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in Service Now projects.
- Support marketing activities (campaigns, events).
- Organize Service Now Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements.
