BCM Sr Developer

We are seeking a skilled Service Now BCM Developer / Sr. Developer
with hands-on expertise in Service Now Business Continuity Management (BCM)implementation, customization, integrations, and platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting BCM capabilities aligned with business continuity and operational resilience requirements.

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions within Service Now BCM module
  .
• Implement and support Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Crisis Management, Recovery Plans, and Testing/Exercise Management
  .
• Develop workflows, flows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and catalog solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations
  using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and BCM operational analytics.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities.
• Support defect fixes, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow Service Now development best practices and platform governance standards.

• Strong hands-on experience in Service Now platform development

• Experience working on Service Now BCM / IRM / GRC modules
  .
• Knowledge of:

• Following best practices of Service Now.
• Docu Sign is good to have skills.
• CSA & CAD are a must to have.
• Integration Capabilities:
  Development and support of Service Now applications and integration with third-party tools/applications

• Experience in IRM / GRC ecosystem
  .
• Service Now CSA/CAD certification preferred.
• BCM or Operational Resilience domain exposure preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
