We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics – Techno functional Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that address business needs. This position demands advanced technical expertise in Dynamics 365, strong analytical abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
:
- Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analysing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements
- Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
- Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (VSTS, Power Apps etc)
- Provides ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementations of practice improvements
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
- Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements
- Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application
- Responsible for analysis of existing data and help in remediation of the data in conjunction with business stakeholders
- Provide support to develop and deliver target operating processes for implementation and maintenance of the functionalities
Have a system engineering background and the ability to compare different solutions to meet a business requirement. Provide technical thought leadership in evaluation of new technologies to meet business requirements and influence key stakeholders leading to adoption.
In-particular:- Strong consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics application with focus on business process and solutions implementation
- Candidate should have at least 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Service and Sales implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations. Should have knowledge of case lifecycle mgmt., master data management as well as Secuirty roles.
- Good understanding of existing Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it
- Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool
- Complete understanding and following Process-driven implementation approach
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Analyze and understand business problems
- Apply high-level solution architecture and design (Functional and/or Technical)
- Analyze, understand, and dissect business processes and re-engineer with best practices
- Document and capture business requirements and processes properly
- Model data and processes
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
- Provide professional support.
- Good to have experience in collaboration tools (such as: Confluence, Jira).
- Experience with other Microsoft products (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; SharePoint, etc.)
- Proficient in Visual Studio, Business Intelligence Development Studio, PowerBI, O365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
- Familiar and experienced in:
- Core application functionality
