As a Senior Delivery Project Manager
, you will work across a portfolio of client engagements, partnering with Delivery Managers, functional leaders, and senior management to establish standardized delivery processes across the software development lifecycle and release management. Your focus will be driving the successful delivery of high-quality, high-value software products in an Agile environment.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, product ownership, or a similar client-facing leadership role within IT outsourcing, software consulting.
- Deep knowledge of project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Hands‑on experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery across multi-stream or distributed teams.
- Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, applied technologies, and solutions.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks, trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
- Strong attention to detail with a high bar for quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Strong ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and trust.
- Fluent English (C1+) – both written and spoken, with strong business communication skills.
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple work streams and Scrum teams, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage scope, delivery risks, dependencies
, and changing priorities while maintaining strong execution discipline. - Drive proactive stakeholder management, ensuring clients, executives, and internal teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
- Act as the key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
, translating technical complexity into clear business impact. - Lead resolution of delivery blockers, technical challenges, client escalations, and performance issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize team efficiency, delivery workflows, product outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Multiple streams of work across several Scrum teams.
- End-to-end delivery predictability and execution quality.
- Direct communication with US‑based clients and senior stakeholders.
- Team health, delivery processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk mitigation, escalation handling, and stakeholder trust.
- Opportunities to expand accounts and strengthen delivery excellence.
