Lead Salesforce CRM Analytics Administrator

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to spearhead the design and development of CRM dashboards and components within our Asset Management organization.

This role involves leading a small team, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

• Lead the development of CRMA dashboards and components
• Manage datasets, dataflows, and recipes to meet analytics requirements
• Customize Salesforce functionality to align with business needs
• Handle troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions
• Work closely with a team of 6 to 10 professionals with diverse skill sets
• Implement business logic in Salesforce effectively
• Execute routine tasks with focus, managing multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) with a demonstrated track record
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under tight deadlines
• Expertise in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Capability to lead a team and manage project deliverables

• Understanding of unique business requirements in Salesforce
• Familiarity with stress-resistant workflows and high-pressure scenarios
