The Technology Consulting team collaborates with some of the world’s best-known domestic and global financial institutions, broker‑dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management, and insurance companies. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing Data & AI team focused on cutting‑edge technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

You’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy and variety in this role. We are seeking dynamic Data Scientists at all experience levels—junior, mid, and senior—who are eager to develop intensively in the fastest‑growing technological sector and embrace new opportunities in a multinational work environment.

• Design and develop advanced analytics and AI solutions to address client use cases, leveraging your experience in Data Science and AI Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.).
• Build and deploy machine learning models, including those based on LLMs and Gen AI.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Data Science solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Data Science and AI (for senior roles).
• Define and estimate the scope of work for data science projects.
• Support and mentor other team members (for mid and senior roles).
• Participate in initiatives (e.g., workshops, proof‑of‑concept projects, product demonstrations).
• Utilize AI‑powered tools (such as EYQ) to enhance your analyses, insights, and innovative ideas.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in engineering, computer science, mathematics, big data, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in data science, machine learning, or AI (open to candidates from junior to senior levels).
• Coding and development skills in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Fabric, Tableau).
• Familiarity with production‑level deployments, Dev Ops/Data Ops principles, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Experience in large, international data science or analytics projects.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar work tracking tools.
• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts.
• Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and ML technologies.
• Familiarity with graph database solutions.
