The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation solutions. This role ensures efficient handling of test automation administration, data analysis, and technical support, contributing to effective software solutions and organizational growth.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and test automation administration.
- Provide excellent customer service to users regarding test automation inquiries.
- Document and maintain accurate records of test automation transactions.
- Support the full life cycle of test automation operations, including process improvements and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve test automation processes and user satisfaction.
- Education:
- Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Preferred:
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience:
- Required:
1-3 years of experience in test automation engineering or a related role. - Preferred:
Experience with test automation administration and data analysis. - Skills:

Compensation
:
The Compensation range for this role is 15,000 zl up to 20,000 zl per month or 180,000 zl up to 240,000 zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
We require all persons hired to verify identity and eligibility to work in Poland and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. The successful individual must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer and must be a current resident in Poland. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:
- Location-based market rate for the role
- Your abilities in relation to the job specification
- Performance during screening and interview
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
