- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives and global procurement standards.
- Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contracting, ensuring best-value outcomes and service excellence.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and affiliated entities to anticipate and meet procurement requirements efficiently and compliantly.
- Identify and deliver cost savings, process improvements, and procurement best practices.
- Strengthen supplier governance through risk assessment, ongoing performance monitoring, and structured supplier management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support procurement innovation across the organization.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, ideally within a multinational or corporate environment.
- Broad expertise across indirect categories.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and matrixed setting.
- Experience collaborating with multiple business units or regions is highly valued.
- Familiarity with procurement or ERP tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
