Senior​/Lead IT Operations Engineer NOWA

We are looking for a Senior or Lead IT Operations Engineer to take ownership of a modern, SaaS-first IT environment and continuously improve its reliability, security, and efficiency. This is a hands‑on, execution‑driven role with a strong focus on delivering practical improvements that support day‑to‑day business operations.

Depending on your experience, you will either operate as a senior technical expert or take a broader lead role, helping shape IT priorities, standards, and ways of working.

You will be responsible for core IT services end to end, working across IT operations, security, endpoint management, identity, SaaS tooling, automation, and service delivery. The environment is security‑focused and highly pragmatic: the team values small, frequent improvements, fast iteration, and visible outcomes over over‑engineered solutions.

The role combines approximately 80% hands‑on operations with 20% continuous improvement and strategic input.

You will work with tools and platforms such as:

• Endpoint & MDM:
  Jamf Pro, Intune, Windows 365, ChromeOS
• Identity & Access:
  Okta, Google Workspace, LDAP, Apple Business Manager
• Security:
  Wazuh, Jamf Protect, ZTNA, DNS filtering, proxies
• SaaS &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Slack, Lucca
• Networking: VPN, DNS, secure access patterns
• Automation:
  Python, Bash, API integrations
• Operations: monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

Strong depth in the Apple ecosystem and MDM is expected, with solid understanding across the wider IT and security stack.
