Responsibilities
- Manages assigned technical projects, ensuring delivery within agreed budget, schedule, and scope.
- Develops, maintains, and updates project proposals, including objectives, technologies, systems, timelines, funding, staffing, and specifications.
- Sets, monitors, and reports on project milestones, manages unforeseen delays, and realigns schedules and stakeholder expectations.
- Creates and implements communication plans, providing regular updates to internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes project information, trends, risks, and progress to prepare status reports and updates.
- Facilitates gathering, validation, and documentation of project requirements and implementation specifications.
- Develops and maintains performance tracking tools and databases to monitor overall progress and milestone completion.
- Ensures all project tasks are organized, processed, and progressing according to agreed timelines and deliverable dates.
- Coordinates internal and external resources, arranges meetings, confirms schedules, and discusses project issues with clients.
- Negotiates plans and time frames, clarifies expected outcomes, forecasts delays, develops alternate plans, and proactively minimizes delivery risks.
- Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
- Knowledge of software development and deployement industry standards
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management
- Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
- Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
- Proficient use of project management software (e.g. JIRA).
- Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artefacts (e.g., Definition of ready/done, user stories, epics, features, backlog, splitting stories, etc).
- Experience creating proactive self-organizing teams.
- A continuous improvement attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience of delivering in an environment where multiple development teams are involved
- Proficient in Polish language
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Italian language
- IT Technical background (Architect, Engineer, QA, ecc.) is considered a plus
