Aboutthe role
The Senior Manager, Vulnerability Management & Security Infrastructure is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the end-to-end security posture of our global infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between technical vulnerability discovery and infrastructure governance, leading a team to secure everything from cloud‑native containers to traditional OT environments. This is a role for a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical risks into clear business outcomes.
This role involves collaborating closely with the Security Operations, Network, IT Operations and Risk & Compliance teams, as well as business stakeholders, to ensure security risks are managed proactively without compromising operational agility.
Your responsibilities- Lead the vulnerability management function end‑to‑end, encompassing strategy, governance, tooling, process development, and high‑level reporting.
- Develop and implement a risk‑based methodology for discovery and prioritization, integrating Threat Intelligence and Business Impact Analysis to move beyond basic CVSS score.
- Oversee vulnerability detection and remediation across all environments: infrastructure, cloud, containers, workstations, applications and OT.
- Define, track, and report on high‑level KPIs and KRIs to assess program maturity, remediation velocity, and overall risk reduction for executive leadership.
- Maintain and present advanced dashboards for senior leadership, providing a transparent view of vulnerability trends, compliance status, and the organization's current risk exposure.
- Drive continuous improvement through the automation of security workflows and the deep integration of VM tools with the broader IT and Security operations stack.
- Own the implementation and effectiveness of global network security controls, including firewall governance, Web Application firewalls, IDS and cloud networking.
- Assess network solutions to confirm they are actively utilized and aligned with security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Network, SOC, Cloud, Dev Ops) to implement secure solutions.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of security professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability across network governance and VM operations.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, including leadership or senior role focused on vulnerability management.
- Deep understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management, risk prioritization, exploitability and remediation workflows.
- Proven experience overseeing the governance of firewalls, network and cloud‑native security controls at scale.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with IT, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
