Job PositionSenior PMO Lead – Strategic project management in the banking/financial sector. The role includes building and maintaining project governance, ensuring effective delivery in a complex, high‑dependency environment with senior‑level stakeholders.

Work model:
Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Warsaw office
Compensation: 880 – 1,200 PLN net per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial, regulatory, or system projects
- Experience managing complex projects or programs with many stakeholders
- Higher education
- Comfortable working with senior management and preparing executive‑level materials (steering committees, decision forums)
- Strong project plan, budget, resource, risk, and dependency management skills
- Knowledge of UAT processes, defect management, and hand‑off to deployment
- Experience working in multi‑team and multi‑vendor environments (business, IT, external suppliers)
- Ability to keep a clear, consistent project information structure for all stakeholders
- Proficiency with project‑management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Power Point
- Develop and run a project governance model and project rhythm (status reports, steering committees, escalations)
- Maintain current, consistent project information for all stakeholders
- Manage registers: risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, actions, and escalations
- Coordinate project schedule, milestones, and cross‑team dependencies (business, IT, vendors, testing)
- Control project plan, budget, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
- Prepare executive‑level reports, status updates, and decision recommendations for sponsors and steering committee
- Support deployment planning and execution, including readiness plans and deployment checklists
- Collaborate with business, IT, testing, and external vendor teams
- Identify and escalates project risks and ensure effective monitoring
- Work in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
