We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Team Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform) to lead our CRM practice and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and proven experience in managing teams, who wants to combine people leadership with real impact on client projects.

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM and Power Platform consultants and developers
• Oversee delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects
• Ensure best practices in solution design, architecture, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Delivery)
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
• Build a high‑performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture
• Set goals, KPIs, and support team members’ professional development
• Act as an escalation point for complex delivery or team challenges
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform innovations
• Support selected presales and client‑facing activities

• Experience in leading CRM / Power Platform teams
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and develop high‑performing teams
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Business‑oriented mindset
• Full professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
