Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run end-to-end delivery projects (scope, schedule, budget, risk/RAID, reporting) from kickoff to go-live.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (RAN, software, hardware, integration) and external partners/SIs to hit milestones and quality gates.
  • Lead Agile execution: maintain Jira/Redmine boards, run ceremonies, keep backlog/acceptance criteria clear for each sprint.
  • Own customer communication: weekly status, risks and dependencies, change requests, SLAs, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Control delivery KPIs (on-time, on-budget, defect/leakage, acceptance success) and drive corrective actions when variances appear.
  • Manage deployment readiness and acceptance (plans, checklists, site readiness, SAT/UAT), ensure clean handover to support/operations.
  • Improve our PM playbook (templates, lessons learned, retrospective actions) and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in live projects.
Requirements
  • +3y years of project management in technology delivery (telecom/IT/embedded or similar).
  • Proven track record delivering multi-team projects with external vendors/partners and customer stakeholders.
  • Practical command of Agile/Scrum (or hybrid): backlog management, sprint planning, definition of done, acceptance criteria.
  • Hands‑on with PM tooling:
Jira/Redmine for execution; spreadsheets or MS Project for timeline/cost tracking.
  • Solid risk, change and dependency management; clear, structured reporting to customers and leadership.
  • Strong English (meetings, documentation, presentations) and confident client‑facing communication.
  • Mindset that fits a fast‑moving deep‑tech company: ownership, initiative, clarity under pressure, and follow‑through.
Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with RAN basics (CU/DU splits, virtualization, integration flows).
  • Proficiency with Confluence and MS Project (or equivalent PPM tools).
  • PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications or telecom PM training.
  • Experience delivering mission‑critical/defense‑grade networks.

What We Offer
