Business Analyst; Technical Regulatory Reporting

About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of key accounting systems and products, which are driven by upstream business initiatives, regulatory initiatives, and strategic finance programmes.

• Developing and maintaining data governance operational procedures and standards
• Defining and implementing KRIs, KPIs, governance reporting, and management dashboards
• Conducting research and analysis relating to BCBS
  239, data governance, data management, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating activities across Technology, Risk, Operations, and Data teams
• Supporting workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Assisting with data classification, KDE management, data lineage, and control documentation activities
• Preparing governance documentation, presentations, operating procedures, and process maps
• Tracking remediation actions, implementation milestones, and governance deliverables
• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of data governance practices
• Assisting with ongoing governance oversight, issue management, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Great business analysis and documentation skills
• An understanding of data governance, data management, and risk management concepts
• Solid stakeholder management and organisational skills
  
  The ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Familiarity with data quality, data lineage, or data classification concepts
• Knowledge of BCBS
  239/RDARR principles
