We work with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations, and our success is directly tied to the deep, trusted relationships we build with them.

We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master to serve as the operational heartbeat of our development cycles. You will be responsible for looking around corners to mitigate risks before they impact delivery, using data‑driven metrics to assess technical execution, and ensuring the roadmap is delivered successfully and predictably. We are looking for a pragmatic problem‑solver with the technical literacy to work with engineering teams, someone who thrives on removing the systemic obstacles that slow us down, and who is committed to a culture of high‑velocity and high‑quality delivery.

In

  • Facilitate Backlog Refinement:
As a Scrum Master, collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure the backlog is refined, transparent, and aligned with the product goal and roadmap.
  • Conducting daily stand-up meetings:
You would need to conduct daily stand-up meetings to ensure that everyone is aware of the progress being made and to identify any potential roadblocks that need to be addressed. Proactively identify and lead the resolution of systemic organizational obstacles that hinder team flow.
  • Monitoring progress and tracking metrics:
You would be responsible for monitoring progress throughout the release cycle and tracking metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts and sprint progress to assess and improve technical execution.
  • Facilitate sprint retrospectives: to drive continuous improvement by analyzing the previous sprint’s processes, tools, and team dynamics. Determine high-value improvements to be implemented.
  • Agile Champion and

    Coaching:

You will need to cultivate and champion agile best practices for the teams, and be able to explain the “why” behind the practices. In some cases, you will also help coach teams to help with adherence.
  • Support release process:
As a Scrum Master you will support our release cycles, ensuring that development items your teams are ready to ship are included in the appropriate release.
What you need to be successful in the role you need:
  • Excellent communication skills:
You need to be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, and senior management.
