About the Role:
Vidispine GmbH delivers leading media and broadcast solutions worldwide, including cloud‑based media platforms and broadcast management systems.
- Own delivery of complex, multi‑stakeholder customer projects — scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and escalations
- Drive project governance, Steer Co facilitation, and customer communication
- Lead requirements gathering, change control, and alignment between business needs and technical outcomes
- Support pre‑sales activities, including preparation of Statements of Work and effort estimation
- Plan and coordinate Professional Services resources across active and upcoming projects
- Monitor key delivery KPIs: forecast accuracy, utilisation, revenue realisation, project profitability, and PS margin
- Collaborate with and contribute to the growth of a high‑performing Professional Services team
- Proven experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management in a client‑facing environment
- Track record delivering complex software or integration projects on time and on budget
- Experience coordinating delivery resources across concurrent projects
- Background in media, broadcast, MAM, or content management (strongly preferred)
- Strong grasp of software delivery methodologies, cloud environments, scope management, and operational KPIs
- Fluent in German and English
- PMP or equivalent is a plus
- Deliver high‑impact projects in global media and broadcast technology
- Collaborate with and contribute to the growth of a high‑performing Professional Services team
- Work with cutting‑edge cloud and broadcast platforms used by leading media organisations worldwide
