- Define and document O2C metrics, KPI logic, calculation rules, and reporting requirements.
- Business Requirements & Functional Specifications
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications supporting reporting and measurement processes.
- O2C Process & Data Analysis
- Analyze O2C process flows, SAP data structures, and custom solutions to ensure KPI consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & KPI Validation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and align KPIs with business objectives.
- SAP SD & O2C Process Expertise
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Metrics & Reporting Definition Experience
- Proven experience defining KPIs, metrics, reporting logic, and measurement frameworks within SAP.
- SAP Data Structures & Custom Solutions Knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP data models, custom Z‑tables, and related SAP developments.
- Business Analysis & Documentation Skills
- Ability to gather, structure, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
