- Location: Remote with approx. once per quarter presence in HQ
- Consult on SAP Commerce Cloud, including implementation, customization, and optimization
- Support clients in designing, configuring, and integrating SAPCX solutions
- Conduct process modeling and create solution designs tailored to business needs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end SAP Commerce Cloud solutions
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud projects, from requirement analysis to go‑live
- Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in SAPCX environments
- Experience with Sales Cloud V1, Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud, or C4C
- Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys and/or Customer Data Cloud/Platform
- Understanding of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce strategies
