Location: Town of Poland
Agile Engine is looking for a Technical Architect / Solutions Architect to lead the modernization of a large-scale healthcare platform supporting programs across Africa. You will design distributed backend systems in C#/.NET on Azure and drive HL7/FHIR integrations.
Ideal candidates must possess 8+ years sofware engineering experience and 3+ years as a Technical Lead, with strong skills in SQL Server/PostgreSQL and experience in EMR/EHR systems.
