Soft Serve is seeking a technical leader in AI to drive the delivery of advanced solutions within its AI and Data Science Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will define technical direction and lead innovative strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale AI initiatives for leading clients.
Responsibilities include building production-ready AI systems, mentoring teams, and establishing best practices in AI development. A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science is required, as well as advanced knowledge of Python and Generative AI.
