The IT&D Director, GBS Performance & AI oversees the technology capabilities that enable performance visibility and AI-driven transformation across Global Business Services (GBS).

This role leads the development of the GBS Command Centre, providing real-time visibility of operational performance and service KPIs across all GBS functions. In parallel, the role drives the Genesis program for GBS, designing and deploying AI and GenAI solutions that transform operational processes and improve productivity.

Working closely with GBS leadership and functional teams, the Director ensures technology solutions enable data-driven decision making, operational transparency and continuous improvement across GBS globally.

• Define and lead the IT&D strategy for GBS performance management and analytics capabilities
• Design, build and deploy the GBS Command Centre, enabling end-to-end visibility of service KPIs, operational performance and service health across GBS
• Implement data and analytics capabilities that provide real-time insights into GBS operations and performance
• Lead the Genesis for GBS program, designing and deploying AI and GenAI solutions that transform operational processes
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply services within GBS
• Work closely with GBS leadership and functional teams to implement AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Establish governance and product management for Genesis capabilities including roadmaps, backlog management and value tracking
• Track adoption, performance impact and value creation delivered through AI and analytics solutions
• Continuously evolve the technology landscape supporting performance monitoring
