Description and Requirements

Responsible for product quality support across device returns, issue management, reporting, and launch activities. The role works closely with Product, Software, Technical Service, Compliance, and Call Centre teams to ensure fast issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Product Triage & Analysis
  • Log returned devices in QIT and perform initial triage (software logging, component swap)
  • Coordinate shipment of samples and components for analysis
  • Issue & Quality Management
  • Verify and log software and hardware failures (directly or via Service/TAM teams)
  • Raise and manage Change Requests (CRs) with Product and Software teams
  • Validate software fixes and support new software releases
  • Draft and publish Field Service Bulletins (FSBs)
  • Provide customer feedback on product quality issues
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare internal TCRR performance reports
  • Deliver tailored TCRR analysis for sales and service requests
  • Analyze return trends and elevate issues to Technical Service
Product Safety & Compliance (PS&C)
  • Perform initial assessment and detailed analysis of PS&C cases
  • Prepare reports and coordinate device return to MASC or customer
Call Centre & Rework Support
  • Act as technical contact for call centre queries (specs, DoC, issues)
  • Investigate call centre escalations and raise CRs
  • Coordinate customer reworks with external partners, including instructions and logistics
  • Own assigned products within the Launch Plus process
  • Maintain Launch Plus SharePoint pages and provide weekly updates
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in product quality, technical support, or issue management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and customer-focused mindset
