- Respond to employee inquiries in HR areas (email and phone contact with client employees)
- Register data in the SAP HR system
- Record working time
- Provide customer service
- Participate in interesting HR-related projects
- Perform other personnel administration tasks
- Advanced knowledge of German and English (minimum B2)
- Experience in HR, customer service, or administration is an additional asset
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Possibility to work from home
