DWP Professional Services Engineer – Job Description

Stefanini Group is seeking to welcome a skilled DWP Professional Services Engineer to strengthen our Professional Services team within our Digital Workplace Platforms (DWP) Tower. Our new colleague will perform technical projects as well as business requirements analysis, solution implementation, and key duties in delivering services to customers according to specific agreements.

• Support the validation and gathering of customer requirements as part of due diligence activities;
• Collaborate with DWP Architects, IT Supply peers and customers to help implement O365 and adjacent solutions (Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ));
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation (HLD/LLD), ensuring alignment with the agreed architecture and standards;
• Participate in rollout and migration activities;
• Execute and support implementation tasks, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices;
• Prepare technical documentation and assist in the handover of solutions to the operations team;
• Provide post‑implementation (hyper‑care) support and contribute to knowledge transfer activities;

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google collaboration suites environment, with practical experience in supporting and maintaining collaboration technologies;
• Experience working with migration tools such as Quest, Power‑Sync Pro, or similar, supporting cross‑domain and cross‑forest migration scenarios (including migrations of over 5,000 users with mailboxes, One Drive's, SharePoint libraries and/or 500 AD‑synced objects);
• Solid understanding of Single Sign‑On (SSO) concepts and hands‑on experience configuring SSO integrations for enterprise applications (at least 5 years' experience);
• Solid experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ), including AAD Connect administration (at least 5 years' experience);
• Familiarity with SCIM provisioning, including configuring automated user lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning) between identity providers and SaaS applications;
• Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills across Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ) and related services (at least 5 years' experience);
• Hands‑on scripting experience, primarily using Power Shell, with a proven track record of delivering implemented solutions; knowledge of additional scripting or programming languages is a plus;
• Experience working within IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (at least 5 years' experience);
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English (intermediate level or higher);
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of technical and non‑technical stakeholders and internal teams;
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Collaborative mindset with interest in internal operations and process improvement;
• Ability to mentor BAU/operations engineers and contribute to knowledge transfer;
• Strong documentation discipline and operational mindset;

• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum education requirement:
  High school studies completed with Baccalaureate diploma.
