• Mandatory Dutch language (min. B2 level)
• Mandatory English language (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking

• Understanding of project policy guidelines
• Good hand and eye coordination for annotation
• Attention to detail

• Nice to have: GIS system experience

• Provide support and resolve client inquiries
• Deliver high‑standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Work in the ticketing system
