Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations and ensure effective collaboration with the payroll vendor.
• Coordinate and resolve critical operational and technical issues impacting payroll services.
• Payroll Migration Support
  • Support payroll migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and project leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage high-priority escalations and drive timely resolution of operational issues.

• Payroll Operations Experience
  • Strong experience managing payroll operations and payroll vendor relationships.
• Ability to coordinate and resolve operational and technical issues with external vendors.
• Payroll Transformation Experience
  • Experience supporting Move to Cloud, euHReka, PCE, or similar payroll transformation projects.
• Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Escalation & Delivery Management
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent priorities and critical escalations.
