In this role, you will support one of the world’s leading technology companies by helping maintain the quality of its digital mapping products. Every day, millions of people rely on accurate maps to find places, businesses, and services – and your work will help keep that information reliable and up to date.

For example, when a new café, pharmacy, or store opens, you will research, verify, and update its location, opening hours, category, and other details to ensure accurate map data. Your responsibilities include adding new POIs, reviewing existing data, and maintaining accuracy according to guidelines.

• Office-based work in Wroclaw (free parking, coffee, relaxation areas, and a friendly office atmosphere where the whole team works on-site)
• Monday-Friday

• Mandatory knowledge of German language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
• Good hand and eye coordination for annotation
• Client focus
• Nice to have: GIS system experience

• Providing support and resolving client inquiries
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
