Job Description At NATEK, we are seeking a skilled SAP FI/CO Application Support Specialist to join a global organization following its transformation to SAP S/4

HANA. This role focuses on ensuring stable finance operations, providing functional support in SAP FI/CO and addressing post-migration needs while supporting business continuity.

• Providing L1–L3 application support for SAP FI/CO
• Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests in a timely manner
• Focusing primarily on Controlling (CO), with additional support in General Ledger (GL) and Financial Accounting processes
• Supporting knowledge transfer and addressing gaps following the S/4
  
  HANA transformation
• Collaborating with cross-border teams across Europe
• Working within ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now)
• Ensuring system stability while driving continuous improvement

• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, including Controlling (CO), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Accounting (FI)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance
• Experience in L1–L3 support, including incident and change management processes
• Practical experience working with Service Now
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong business communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, international teams
