Overview
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Business Analyst / IT Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale IT Service Management transformation programme within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities- Analyse and document current ITSM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the transformation to global ITSM standards and operating model.
- Coordinate activities across project teams, SMEs, and local IT function.
- Support Service Now adoption and process implementation.
- Create process documentation, governance materials, and training content.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DOR.
- Support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience as an ITSM Business Analyst, ITSM Consultant, IT Transformation Consultant, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
- Experience with in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Exposure to Service Now environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and transformation initiatives.
- PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications are an advantage.
