Dynamics CRM​/D365 CE Lead

We are looking for an experienced CRM Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive user engagement, change adoption and business value across a large, multi-country CRM transformation programme in EMEA.

This is a highly visible role, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and regional leaders to ensure successful adoption of a customer engagement platform and associated data-driven ways of working.

• Lead CRM adoption and change initiatives across international teams.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and training programmes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to support platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Drive data quality, governance and consistent ways of working.
• Develop reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making.

• Proven experience driving CRM adoption, change management and user enablement.
• Strong understanding of sales, pipeline management and customer relationship processes.
• Experience working with enterprise CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and training skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities within complex, multi-country environments.
