Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, IT infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
- Ensure successful deployment and integration of IT solutions, meeting quality standards and business objectives.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and related technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
