** What Makes This Role Great:
** This isn't just a support role; you will act as a pivotal technical consultant and mentor within the Transporeon ecosystem. You’ll have the unique opportunity to dive deep into advanced system architecture, lead crisis-resolution efforts with high autonomy, and directly influence our product strategy by identifying and implementing platform enhancements that impact millions of transactions.
** Key Exciting Responsibilities:
*** Diagnose and resolve advanced technical inquiries, including system malfunctions, software glitches, and performance bottlenecks;
* Conduct continuous monitoring of the Transporeon platform, addressing any incidents or operational challenges as they arise;
* Implement minor system modifications or adjustments to meet existing customer needs;
* Efficiently allocate cases to specialized teams when beyond the scope of general support, ensuring follow-through to resolution;
* Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to product strategy discussions;
* Proactively support and update legacy systems, identifying opportunities for process and platform enhancements;
* Independently manage crisis situations or escalations, providing solutions with minimal supervision;
* Develop expertise in specific Transporeon modules or processes, becoming a go-to specialist within the team
** Essential Skills & Experience
*** 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment.
* High proficiency in SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV and MS Office
* Strong knowledge of web-based application configurations (HTTP, SOAP, REST, FTP protocols).
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
* Proven ability to manage technical escalations independently
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation;
** Bonus Points For
*** Experience with in the logistics or supply chain management industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* Previous experience with Transporeon-specific modules or similar logistics platforms.
