GTS project manager

A GTS Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Global Trade System projects that support international trade compliance, customs processes, import/export operations, and trade-related business requirements. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and system implementations while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and organizational objectives.

• Lead end-to-end GTS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with business, IT, compliance, and external vendors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, testing, training, and deployment.
• Provide project status updates and stakeholder communication.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

• Project management experience (Agile/Waterfall).
• Knowledge of Global Trade Systems (e.g., SAP GTS).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of import/export compliance and trade regulations.
• Risk management, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
