Program Manager Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end cybersecurity program across Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery, Resilience, and IAM work streams.
• Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure effective execution of delivery plans across teams.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary interface between cybersecurity specialists, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Track program progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation activities.
• Program Governance
  • Prepare and present program status updates while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy and organizational priorities.
• Delivery Execution
  • Drive teams toward key milestones, ensuring timely implementation of security improvements and remediation activities.

• Program Management Experience
  • Senior-level experience leading or coordinating complex IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery, Resilience, IAM, and related security domains.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders across technical, business, and leadership teams.
• Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language.
• Enterprise Delivery Experience
  • Experience delivering programs within large-scale, structured enterprise environments.
• Language Skills
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
