HANA. The Business Process Expert partners with Business Process Owners and functional teams to design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes.
** Detailed Responsibilities
** Business Process Experts (BPE) are responsible for shaping, measuring and continuously improving process elements to deliver business value. The role partners with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and other BPEs to manage the current process (including ensuring proposed changes are aligned to the intended future state),  define the future end‐to‐end process vision and roadmap, ensuring high‐quality, well‐controlled and user‐centric processes are created, and drive the transition from current state to future state through disciplined execution, strong governance and effective change delivery.

They support the BPO in maximising value delivery through rigorous performance management, adoption oversight and continuous improvement activities, to ensuring that committed benefits are realised and sustained.

The BPE needs to exhibit strong leadership, deep understanding of business processes, communication skills, stakeholder engagement, project management abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
** Finance Reporting and Analytics Business Process Expert
*** Strong understanding of Haleon data sources, structure and flows and ability to turn them into management insights to enable real time decision making and performance management, working collaboratively with, building on and transforming the finance reporting and analytics capabilities currently in development.
* Drive upstream reporting and analytics design as part of S4

Hana implementation and ensure ongoing continuous improvement thereafter.
* Knowledge of and ability to leverage latest technology enablers to integrate various analytics platforms and to develop intuitive user-friendly interfaces, with the end user in mind both for people within and outside of the finance function.
* Drive to bring outside best-in-class perspective in.
* Standardise KPIs and unify the data model to enable predictive analysis and dynamic scenario planning.
* Strong understanding of how the definition of data attributes and the future data hierarchies should be leveraged to deliver insightful reporting and analytics.
* Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks.
* 10+ years of hands on experience with Finance Reporting & Analytics and modern data technologies and reporting tools (including SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, new AI trends, etc.) is a requirement.
* S4

Hana experience will be an advantage.
