Lead Analytics Consultant

• setting up, documenting, and propagating new processes (including Data Governance)
• testing different tools and suggesting new ones
• building internal reports to monitor data processes
• monitoring trends in data to come up with new use cases

• experience in cooperation at leadership/management level – collecting requirements, providing recommendations, translating business needs to data products
• experience in developing full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) – from ingestion, through modelling, to reports
• interest/experience in concepts like data governance, data mesh, self‑service analytics, AI
• expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks (experience in Unity Catalog would be nice to have)
• strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• fluent in English and Polish

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
